- cut vegetables: potato, onion, garlic, green beans, sweet red paprika, …..whatever you find in the fridge
- small tin coconut milk
- Yum yum, Green curry ramen noodles
- dried fried onions
Heat up a spoon soja oil, fry the vegetables. Soak the noodles in boiling hot water for about 2 minutes. Add noodles to the fried vegetables, keep the water. Put the curry paste and the magic powder from instant noodles and about 15o ml coconut milk & 5 spoons of the noodle water. Stir carefully and let everything slowly boil for 5 minutes. Serve with fried unions as a topping. Enjoy!!
